Look no further for superior and cost-effective gutter cleaning! Kontra Cleaning are true professionals! Their representative arrived on time and performed a very thorough service cleaning on our two-story home. Our gutters were heavily clogged, filled with wet leaves, sludge and the onset of mildew beforehand. Kontra did a diligent job removing all gutter debris from both stories and immediately discarding it all into trash bags. I appreciated how neat they were, never once dropping any gutter residue onto our property or walk-way. Just when I thought the job was completed, I was impressed with the extra service of flushing out all of the downspouts! Lastly, the 3 huge bags of gutter trash collected where placed directly into our trash cans -- the tough job got done effectively with zero mess! FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

Thoroughly cleaned inside and out an older home that I bought. The windows are literally sparkling! They were also very accommodating to my move in schedule and worked around some scheduling issues to make it happen. After seeing how Kontra brought the clean life back to our neighbors' dingy gutters and eaves, we hired them to clean our 28 year old concrete decking, patio furniture, white vinyl fence and our bluestone patio. I cannot say enough about how great our house looks. I was seriously concerned about having it power washed but Tomas assured us it would be soft washed. That meant we didn't have to worry about the paint on our stucco flaking off. I really didn't want to have to paint it after it was washed. Well I am so glad we hired him. The house is so clean it looks like it was painted and it "smells" so clean. It looks brighter and whiter and every detail is clean. I am going to have him come back in the spring and clean the roof and the gutters. I think it was money well spent.

We had our 3 year old home cleaned on the outside and our windows washed for the first time. Our "new" house has a lot of white trim and the gutters looked very dirty. We felt like we needed to have this done and after reading many reviews of places that perform these services we decided to go with Kontra Cleaning. We are so thrilled that we did. Our home looks cleaner than the day we moved into it. The white trim sparkles and Tomas, the owner, cleaned the gutters using a special process that removed all of the dirty vertical rain lines from them. My house is now picture perfect. Tomas also uses a special cleaning process on the windows, they look perfect and have stayed looking great through many crazy storms that we've had lately. Our house has a front porch and I honestly cannot keep up with cleaning it. It looks amazingly beautiful now, I actually want to entertain on it. I can highly recoomend Kontra Cleaning Serivices, the front of our house doesn't ger direct sunlight and with all the damp weather it was starting to look green. Kontra cleaned the house, part of our roof, the hand railing on our deck and as sort of a side bonus the windows got done too.Their price was EXCELLENT, as was their services. They were prompt , moved things as needed and put everything back when they were done! We will have them back to do our gutters in the spring and anyother exterior maintainence we may need.

We have had our home soft washed several times, so I know what kind of work is normally done. The contractor from Kontra Cleaning did an outstanding job. Not only did he take his time to clean the areas thoroughly, but he used a scrubbing machine (like the janitors use on the school floors) and REALLY cleaned the concrete patio and front porch. He even cleaned my outdoor rugs. The concrete and the rugs have NEVER looked better, and the house looks freshly painted. No cobwebs, no algae, no dirt and no rust on the chimney.Also, when we've had the house power/soft washed before, the windows always seemed to be streaky after they were dry. Kontra either uses a different cleaner that rinses off well, or he took the time to really rinse the windows better than any other company that we've used before.I will contact Kontra for any future work that I need. We got a GREAT job for a reasonable price.

She was on-time, communicative and thorough when listing the services offered. Moreover, she was practical.
